01 / Origin
I started with real estate. Then I started building the systems I wished existed.
Operating a real-estate business exposes the friction quickly: repetitive work, disconnected software, uneven data, missed follow-up, and too much knowledge living in one person’s head.
I began solving those problems with better processes, CRM automation, and connected workflows. That work expanded naturally into AI agents, knowledge systems, and software designed around how businesses actually operate.
Real estate is not the chapter before AI. It is the operating environment that makes the technology useful.
